Location of Exhibition
The
exhibition area is located in the pre-function area of the AC Hotel,
Barcelona This is
central to all conference rooms.
All conference coffees, teas and lunches will be served in this
same area throughout. The drinks receptions prior to dinners will also be
staged here.

The
organisers reserve
the right to make slight amendments to layout/positions of stands to
facilitate on-site needs
Electric
Power
The
electric current supplied as part of the stand package is 220 V. The
organisers cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by power
irregularities
Setup and
Breakdown
Booths will be available
to exhibitors from 18.00 on Saturday 17 May. They must be fully
occupied and ready by 11.30 on 18 May. Booths should be vacated after
lunch (13.30) on Tuesday 20 May.

Reservation of Exhibition
Stands
Reservations are on a
‘first come first served basis’. Confirmed reservations are only made upon
payment of the full price. Complete payment must be made within 4
weeks of booking. Failure to make this payment will
result in default of the stand booking and the organisers will be able to
re-let the stand with no compensation payable
Hotel Booking
All exhibitors are responsible for
booking their own accommodation. Common Europe has negotiated a very
special rate with the Princess Hotel, Barcelona, a 4* hotel which is
directly opposite the conference and exhibition location.

Presentations
There will be a fully equipped room available for exhibitor presentations. These
will be free of the normal restriction on product selling. Further details
of this will be made available to exhibitors at a later
date
