The membership of the IBM CUA and COMMON UK is represented by a volunteer 'Council'. This group of volunteers is responsible for the overall running of the CUA and also the arrangement of briefings for the members.

From this volunteer Council an executive of Chairman, Vice Chairman and Treasurer are elected each year to manage the day to day activities of the Association. The Council meets bi-monthly and a copy of recent minutes from the meetings are displayed on the website for information.
