Deni
will talk about the CUA, its work with end users of IBM products and
services and the aims of the Channel Partner Group.
Deni
Wilson has worked for Typex since 1978 fulfilling a number of roles such
as Operations Director and Marketing Director. She took over the role of
Managing Director in 1993 and for 18 months was seconded to IBM to run a
worldwide marketing campaign. Typex Group plc specializes in selling and
integrating solutions using AT&T networking, IBM hardware and Typex
software.

Simon
will give an update on IBM's directions, priorities and key initiatives
for business development and expansion of the Business Partner Channels.
Simon
is Vice President of IBM's Business Partner Organisation for EMEA North
Region. Simon took this position in February 2003. He has extensive
experience of working with business partners from various roles, most
recently as VP of IBM PC Business for North Region and prior to that as
Director of Netfinity sales EMEA, Director of Midrange Server Sales North
Region, EMEA and Engineering Solutions UK Sales manager.

Sue
joined IBM in 1983 and has worked in several businesses including High End
Systems (ESG), Customer Support Operations (CSO), Sales Operations and
Business Partner Organisation. Her career has included Customer
Satisfaction, Corporate Hospitality and Debt Reconciliation. Sue may be
known to some of you as the Event Manager for the jewel in the crown of
BPO events - the IBM BP Regatta which is held every July and in which BP
and IBM teams alike compete for the challenge trophy. She is married to
Michael and their life is ruled by Barney and Dixie, their two Jack
Russells.
