Emma Shipp joined the SGH commercial department in 1990 from a post in industry and became a partner in 1993.  She has wide experience in the commercial field including acquisitions, mergers, security documents, employment agreements and share option schemes.  She first became involved in advising on data protection in connection with company sales 8 years ago.  Since then the ambit of data protection legislation has considerably widened and the issues facing businesses are more complex.  Her wide knowledge of corporate matters assists in advising on and finding practical solutions to these issues.
