IBM has a large, technically literate workforce, which is mobile in both IBM locations and working from home and from customer sites.
Peter Bays, as IBM Mobility Manager for Northern Region, is responsible for managing the mobile workforce, and will discuss some of the technical and practical issues he faces in so doing.

It will also take a look at some implementation experiences using case studies.
