Conference Rooms
The sessions will be held
in Tower Suites 1, 2 & 3 also in the Neville, Beaufort and Mortimer
rooms. Keynote sessions will be held in the Tower Suite. The exhibition
will be in the Bridge Suite, which is where all lunches and coffee
breaks will be held.
Social Events
The welcome party on the
19th will be held in Tower 3. All drinks receptions will be held in the
Bridge Suite. Gala Dinner on the 21st, to be announced.
Electricity
The UK operates on
220/240v. Visitors from the rest of Europe and North America will need
to bring adaptors for their appliances to connect to the standard UK
square 3-pinned plug sockets.
Travel
London is served by a
number of airports. The closest to the Tower Hotel is London City.
Otherwise travel from all other airports is through central London and
using the underground system to Tower Hill station
Badges
All attendees will be
issued with a conference badge. Admission to any of the conference areas
or functions will not be permitted without clear display of this badge
