I am very pleased to invite you to our annual congress, to what I think is the System i educational event in Europe. As with every year, we have planned for you many sessions, covering most of the System i technologies, as well as sessions of general knowledge covering the most important areas of an IT department. Hands-on sessions on the latest technologies will also be available, as well as the opportunity of acquiring official certification in a range of topics.

But that is not all. The congress has also the exhibition. We are planning a comprehensive show where you will find a wide representation of IBM business partners and ISVs offering some of the newest products and solutions related to the System i.
 

Finally, I would like to mention, what to me is one of the most important reasons to attend this congress. The fact that you will have the opportunity to network with your professional peers during lunches, coffee breaks and social occasions, exchanging experiences and best practices with them and, probably being able to go back to your own job with new ideas on dealing with your projects and everyday tasks.

If all of the professional reasons already mentioned are not enough to convince you to join us, maybe the environment of the congress will. It is not every day that one has the opportunity to stay in a hotel with such a magnificent view of the famous Tower Bridge, in the historic heart of London. So why not travel a couple of days early and use the opportunity to see the sights?
